How it works

  1. We come to the shop

    About twenty minutes, between cuts. Bring nothing.

  2. We build it in front of you

    You watch it appear on your phone and tell us what to change. We change it there and then.

  3. You go live

    The site is on your own address before we walk out. We look after it from then on.

Price

Your site, live £39 /mo
Hosting, changes, support included

£39 is the whole amount — VAT included, nothing added at the till. It starts the day we switch you on and goes out on the same date each month after. Rolling monthly — cancel any time, in two clicks, without phoning anyone.

Building the site is agreed separately with the person who builds it, on the day, before anything starts. Fadeworks bills the £39 and nothing else — you will never see another charge from us.

The terms, in plain English

Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like from your own billing page. You do not need to give a reason. It takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and your site stays up until then.
Refunds
We do not refund part months — if you cancel on the third of the month, your site runs to the end of it. Anything you agreed separately for building the site is not ours to refund; take that up with whoever invoiced you for it.
When it ends
Your site is replaced with a holding page for 90 days. During that time you can ask us for a copy of everything on it, free. After 90 days we delete it.
Who you are dealing with
Fadeworks builds and looks after the site. Card payments are taken and receipted by Stripe, who handle any tax due on them.
